Our purpose

The purpose of the Potters’ Guild of Las Cruces is for the promotion, development, encouragement and support of:

The ceramic and clay process through workshops
Exhibitions of local, regional and national artists
Providing members an opportunity to display and sell their art
We support community service by partnering with El Caldito to help feed the hungry, and the Empty Bowls Program and Renaissance Fair Dragon Toss to support student awards.

Membership basics

As part of your membership, you’ll be able to attend our monthly meetings, which are usually held at the DACC Ceramics Studio, 2345 Nevada Avenue Las Cruces. Some meetings are also held at a Guild member's studio. Membership meetings promote learning, community, and a sense of camaraderie between pottery enthusiasts in the area. We welcome people of all abilities—from beginner through advanced.
